Shelter Cove

A lighthouse is located at Shelter Cove that had been moved from Cape Mendocino, 35 mi. north, that was seriously deteriorating. The Fresnel lens for this lighthouse is located at the county fairgrounds in Ferndale. There is a bit of a feud underway at present to try to get the two together.
