COLORADO TRIP - 2001

Campground at Grand Lake

We had a beautiful campsite on the western edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a National Forest Service Campground called "Pine Beach" and was located on the edge of Grand Lake. Looking east, across the lake, we could see fine views of the National Park.

Steve is relaxing before dinner and enjoying the view across Grand Lake.

He looks pretty comfortable sitting there. Our trailer can be seen in the background.

Yoshiko also enjoyed the views at Grand Lake. Here she is making herself part of the scene.

The Rocky Mountains can be seen across the lake

After dinner we went back to the lake to watch the sunset, The lake is getting quite calm now.

Steve is enjoying the changing lightin as the sun sets behind him.

Sunset at last.
