Montana

Two Montana hunters

Montana loggers

It is about 525 miles from Yellowstone to our friends home in Troy, MT. Normally it is a beautiful drive but this time the entire state of Montana was under a heavy cloud of smoke. There seemed to be forest fires everywhere.

On the drive to Troy our truck broke down near Thompson Falls. So we stayed the night there in a noce RV park. Our dear friends, Cliff & Jusy, drove down the next day and took us and our trailer up to Troy while my truck was left in Thompson Falls for needed repair (a new rear end - a.k.a. differential)

We always enjoy our vists with Cliff & Judy. This time we went huckleberry picking and poked around their homestead a bit. A nice relaxing visit.
