Located on the southern coast of Connecticut Mystic Seaport is another "living museum." It depicts life and activity in the major shipbuilding area of the mid 19th century. On the day we visited there was a special rally event of classic boats. Boats from the early and mid part of the 20th century were featured and paraded along the waterway. All the classic boats were in mint condition.
