A Cross Country Odyssey - 2003

Connecticut

Mystic Seaport

Not far from Massachusetts is the quite lovely state of Connecticut. According to the record books it is the wealthiest state on a per capita basis in the US. The homes and grounds there are all quite attractive.

Our purpose was to visit the historic Mystic Seaport where we spent a most enjoyable afternoon. Additionally, we visited a trolley museum which has the oldest continuously running trolley line and trolley (over 100 years old) in existence.
