A must see, if you have never been there, is Niagra Falls. Steve has been there several times but Yoshiko and Tsukiko had not. It is really a quite impressive place. We did everything there - took the trip behind the falls and took the boat ride to the base of the falls.

The Niagra River can be seen just cresting over the Horseshoe Falls

Tsukiko and Yoshiko are gazing across the Niagra River above the falls toward Goat Island

We donned our "souvenir" raincoats as we lookd at the falls from the top.

Below, we could see the "Maid of the Mist" boat at the base of the falls.

The people in the yellow raincoats in the lower right have a view right next to the falls. We went there too, but it was too wet to take photos from that point

The American Falls can be seen across the river. Yoshiko liked the natural "suminagashi" pattern of the foam on the water in the river in the foreground.
