Happy New Year! Hope you had great holidays! I've missed my Airstream family!
Our first rally of the year was held at Betabel RV Park in San Juan Bautista.
The rally started on Thursday and ended on Monday. There was a great turnout
from the three units. Our hosts were Linda and Ed Dodge, and their co-hosts
were Linda and Peter Heylin. They did such a great job. Thanks so much for
stepping up to the plate! I really appreciate it!

I was so surprised when I got up Friday morning to see all the Airstreams.
A lot of folks arrived on Thursday, and there were about 28 total rigs at the rally.

October Newsletter
First off, I would like to congratulate the Santa Clara Unit on a very successful Region 12 rally. Bob and I would like to thank all of those inside and outside our unit who helped in so many ways. It was a great venue, which helped tremendously, not to mention the weather was perfect (it only rained once and that was when we were sleeping). o o o
September Newsletter
The September buddy rally was held at Pelican Point RV Park in Half Moon Bay. Jim and
Shari Gong and Dale and Nancy Harrington from Golden West Unit were the hosts. They
did a wonderful job. Thanks to all of you!

I have sent all of our Santa Clara members four motions to read. We will vote on these motions
via e-mail, so please be sure to read them and forward your comments to me. We will be voting
as one unit. [Ed Note: All four motions are included in the newsletter]
Region 12 August Newsletter
I think the highlights of the three meetings were: 1) we approved a balanced budget; 2) our delegates decided by an overwhelming majority that more than one person can be nominated for each International office; 3) the constitution revision was pulled from the agenda in order to give our membership another year to understand it and to make amendments to it; 4) the motor home motion will be sent to the delegates for 2012. o o o

July Newsletter including September Buddy Rally Information
Mark and I left on June 14 for a road trip. We visited family throughout Texas and had a great time. I visited with cousins I haven't seen in years. We continued on to New Orleans and stayed at the Lake Ponchartrain RV Park. Our site was right on the lake. The RV park was really nice; I wish the weather had been as good. It was about 104 degrees with 100 percent humidity. Other than the weather, we had a wonderful time.

Region 12's April Newsletter
Ken and I have been on the road since the day after Christmas, when we headed for Pasadena and the Rose Parade Rally. Afterwards we stayed in So. California and attended the South Coast Unit's rally in Camp Pendleton and the joint rally of San Fernando Valley and San Diego Units in Long Beach. ... On our trip to Southern California, Ken and I carried suitcases which we packed for our flight to San Antonio and the Robstown Mid-Winter IBT. ... As soon as the gavel dropped at IBT we drove back to San Antonio to catch a plane back to Ontario where we picked up our trailer and headed for the Hobo Rally.
