November Newsletter ooo
I was so surprised when I got up Friday morning to see all the Airstreams. A lot of folks arrived on Thursday, and there were about 28 total rigs at the rally.

October Newsletter First off, I would like to congratulate the Santa Clara Unit on a very successful Region 12 rally. Bob and I would like to thank all of those inside and outside our unit who helped in so many ways. It was a great venue, which helped tremendously, not to mention the weather was perfect (it only rained once and that was when we were sleeping). o o o
September Newsletter The September buddy rally was held at Pelican Point RV Park in Half Moon Bay. Jim and Shari Gong and Dale and Nancy Harrington from Golden West Unit were the hosts. They did a wonderful job. Thanks to all of you!

I have sent all of our Santa Clara members four motions to read. We will vote on these motions via e-mail, so please be sure to read them and forward your comments to me. We will be voting as one unit. [Ed Note: All four motions are included in the newsletter]
Aug Newsletter Hope everyone is having a great summer.

Please note that we desperately need a Treasurer. Kathy Hampel could be moving on to hold the position of International Treasurer and, if elected, cannot hold the positions of both Unit Treasurer and International Treasurer. Please help. o o o
July/August Golden West Newsletter Hi everyone. I hope you are all having a wonderful summer. Dale and I are going to Portland, Ore. Next week.   o o o   There are sites still available for the August Grandkids Rally. Get in touch with Chuck & Babs Stimmel to let them know if you would like to attend.
July Newsletter including September Buddy Rally Information Mark and I left on June 14 for a road trip. We visited family throughout Texas and had a great time. I visited with cousins I haven't seen in years. We continued on to New Orleans and stayed at the Lake Ponchartrain RV Park. Our site was right on the lake. The RV park was really nice; I wish the weather had been as good. It was about 104 degrees with 100 percent humidity. Other than the weather, we had a wonderful time.
May Newsletter Mark and I arrived at the Vineyard RV Park on Thursday around 11:00 a.m. The Santa Clara unit has not been to this RV park in years. It was a nice surprise!

Includes both June and August Rally Schedules and Coupons.
Golden West Unit March Newsletter I first want to thank Doris & Clarence Dorsett for a fabulous job hosting [the Calistoga] rally. They went above and beyond with all the work they did. Doris made all the decorations herself. It added an air of spring. Thank you both for all your hard work...
Santa Clara Unit March Newsletter
includes registration info for the Bass Lake (April) and The Vineyard (May) Rallies
This month's rally was in Calistoga at the Napa County Fairground. ... The weather was fairly nice with no rain, and the sun came out between the clouds. ... [I] picked up my granddaughter, Renee, from school. ... I gave Renee the job of cutting the flowers. She went to jump over a small puddle, not knowing the puddle just got deeper. I never laughed so hard as when she landed up to her ankles in water. So much for those shoes! ...
February El Camino Real Bell Newsletter If you haven't attended a Quartzite rally, you are really missing out on a unique experience. For several months of the year over a million people make their homes in Quartzite staying on BLM Land and taking great pride in spending less than $200 a month for camping fees.
February 2011 San Joaquin Unit Caravanner — includes registration info for the Bass Lake Rally We are just back from the Hobo Rally, where we had a really good time, even if we almost froze. The first couple of days were very nice and warm, but Tuesday afternoon, the wind came up and blew like the dickens, and the temperature dropped to a bitter 27? overnight for two nights...

January 2011 El Camino Real Bell It was great to arrive in Indio for our installation rally with full sunshine, and the weather that draws Canadians to our state as early as November. Shadow Hills RV Park provided, yet again, a great spot for us. It was as if it was our own park! We had over 25 trailers.
